Nan and Nat are searching for fossils by the banks of a stream when they come upon a pair of saddlebags filled with money. Knowing that they should report the money, and yet wanting to keep it at the same, they conceal the saddlebags until they can do some research into where they might have come from. Poring over back issues of the local newspaper, they discover that a bank robbery in Boston occurred three weeks earlier, and the bank is offering a reward for the return of the money. Meanwhile, Jo wrestles with a dilemma of her own. Finding Nick repairing a crack in the bathroom door just minutes after she has taken a bath, she wants to confront him, but is too embarassed to discover whether or not he spotted her undressed. Nan and Nat's dreams of a reward are dashed when they return for the money and find it gone! And Jo must sort through not only her awkwardness toward Nick, but her true feelings for him - feelings she's finding more and more difficult to deny. - CTV
